Click the button Register at the top of the homepage or visit the registration page. Enter your Malaysia phone number, preferred username, and a strong password. Once you verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS, your account is immediately active. The entire process takes less than 3 minutes.

Ensure the bank account holder's name matches the name registered at ABGSpin. Submit the request and the funds will be credited to your bank account within 15 minutes on business days.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit for a standard account is RM 30,000. A withdrawal request may be rejected for several reasons:
  • KYC not completed or verification documents not submitted
  • Bank account holder name does not match the ABGSpin account name

A withdrawal request can only be cancelled if the status is still "Processing". Once funds have been transferred, they cannot be reversed. To cancel a request that has not yet been processed, go to Transaction History in your account and click the cancel icon, or contact Live Chat immediately for assistance.
